By contact details we mean all the information useful to put into relation the client / supplier organization through its collaborators.
Therefore they refere to the name, surname, job role, company e-mail, mobile phone, direct telephone number, etc. of the people that can be contacted in the context of current commercial and service relationships and in any case about all the activities that exist between our companies.
We are aware that this information needs to be used correctly and with adequate confidentiality. We have trained our staff to put the right care in handling your contact details, especially in relation to maintaining the purpose of business and service relationship between our organizations.
Your contact details will not be disseminated. Communications may be provided to any Group companies to which the holder belongs also in non-EU countries, where permitted by law. Generally, data transmission takes place in an aggregate or anonymous form. In this case the requirements of the legislation in case of non-EU transfers will be respected. It will be our responsibility to definitively delete your contact details on your explicit request.
Please inform us of any non-compliant use of your contact details, to send us the appropriate corrections when changes occur in your organization, to inform your collaborators that they can contact us for the correct management of their contact details.
